Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate a contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) to acquire engineering services that will identify, develop and test solutions to replace the obsolete ABI-V, ABI-V3 and Ariel boards used in the F-14B/A Weapon System Trainer (Device 2F169). As the original equipment manufacturer of the Device 2F169 F-14B/A Weapon System Trainer, NGC is the only source that has full access to the technical data necessary to meet the requirements of this contract in a timely manner without incurring substantial duplication of costs. See Note 22.
