Description

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), through the Program Support Center (PSC) Acquisitions Branch, PSC, is soliciting proposals from eligible small businesses under a variety of topic areas including: (1) Improving the effectiveness of the Child Safety Restraint System in Head Start Vehicles; (2) Development of assessment instruments designed to assist child care providers in meeting the unique requirements of children with special needs; (3) Innovative reimbursement strategies for small community-based residential service providers for persons with development disabilities; and (4) Tools for meeting the mental health needs of individuals with development disabilities. The anticipated release date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) is approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
