Description

Solicitation F04605-01-T-0062 is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for DS-10 Tripod System No. 828; 25ea., manufacturer Miller. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04605-01-T-0062 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Point of contact (POC):Vivian Flotildes (909) 655-2784 or Mary Boswell (909) 655-3116. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2,Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations; (i) price(ii) technical (iii) past performance. Offerors must provide a minimum of three references with same/similar type that is listed in this solicitation. Offeror must be 100% set aside/or Small Business concerns ref FAR 19.501(a). The closing date for the request for quotation (RFQ) is Thursday 02 Jul 2001 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Late quotations will not be accepted. Facsimile quotes will be accepted. Purchase Order cannot be awarded to any contractor who is not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program.
