Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Motorola, 8201 East McDowell Road, P.O. Box 1417, Scottsdale, AZ. 85252 480-441-4410. This award will be made under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition. This is notification to interested parties. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-01-T-0042. This contract is for the acquisition of a SYSTEMS, Network Encryption (NES) Rackmount, CM1000 User Mgt Sys: Consists of (1) NES 4001-A Rackmount with 36 Mo. Warranty. And (1) CM1000 Config Mgr Sftwr. Allows the user to provide Local/Non-Config functions to remote sites within the same domain of NES units. Includes 60 month SW maintenance and manual. Requires Windows 95 or NT 4.0. Note: at least one copy of CM2000 or CM3000 is required per network to create configuration disks.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541511.
