Description

Unpin existing aluminum gangway from support bracket at existing pier. Revise floating dock end of existing gangway and attach new casters as indicated on the construction drawing. Unbolt and remove existing support bracket from existing pier, repair cracked concrete by injecting cracks with ABOJET-1(or approved equal) epoxy resin. Fabricate new support bracket and attach to existing pier as indicated on the construction drawing. Modify support hinges at the existing pier end of gangway, and reinstall existing stainless steel pin into new support bracket. Phasing of work must be coordinated with the Officer in Charge at the station. Point of contact is PO John Greenwell, 270-685-4176. Formal site visit is schedule for July 3, 2001 at 0900 at the station, 3301 Hwy 60 East, Owensboro, KY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS.
