Description
GSA is seeking a build to suit warehouse between 10,000 and 12,000 square feet with 500 square feet of office space for the Drug Enforcement Agency in Corpus Christ, Texas. The minimum lot size for this building will be 300 feet frontage and 1000 feet deep. This property must have at least two exits preferably one in the front and one in the rear. Construction must be completed within 180 days of contract award. The delineated area is:Starting at Exit 1E on Interstate 37 going west on Interstate 37 to Exit 5 south on Corn Products Road to Joe Mireur Road to FM Road 665 Old Brownsville Road East to Airport Road north to Interstate 37 Exit 1E.
