Description

The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) intends to modify on a sole source basis Purchase Order No. OJP-2001-205-M with MB Scientific, 736 13th Street, Suite 205, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139. This modification shall increase the consulting hours to provide additional technical advice, user group assistance and training with OJP's Grant Management System (GMS). The Government has determined that it would neither be cost-effective nor time effective to bring in another contractor to provide the additional services needed. This modification shall be negotiated under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 252 (c)(1) Only One Responsible Source With Unique Capabilities. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Any interested firms may submit their technical capabilities.
