Description

The SIC of 8711 and the FSC of R425 applies. Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for centralized management and technical support for the Technical Manual Management Program (TMMP). The TMMP encompasses the planning, development and implementation of tasking necessary to support and improve the acquisition, maintenance, distribution, reproduction and inventory control of program specific technical manuals (TMs) available in paper hard copy and on compact disc and other related electronic media. This requirement supports the Air Dominance and Missiles Logistics Department of the Port Hueneme Division Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC) as tasked by the PEO-TSC-F3 (PMS400F). The proposed contract will have a base year with four (4) one-year options. The level of effort is estimated at 38,400 man-hours per year. The anticipated award date is 01 October 2001. The type of contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. Current U.S. Secret or Confidential clearances are required. The geographical restrictions of this requirement will be nationwide. The procurement will be restricted to 8(a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) Program which have NAICS Code 541330 with a size standard of $20 Mil annual gross receipts. Anticipated release date for this solicitation will be 16 July 2001.
