Description

This is COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, FA4416-01-T0241, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SUBPART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action is for services to relocate equipment in the Nuclear Medicine Department, at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews AFB Maryland. The proposed contact action is for the on-site disassembly, re-location and re-assembly of the Nuclear Medicine Scanners, ADAC Solus w/Pegasus 20, Modem, and UPS, ADAC Solus UPS, ADAC Solus w/Pegasus 20 Modem, UPS and Gate, and ADAC Pegasus 15 government and UPS Nuclear Medicine Scanner/ADAC Gamma Camera System equipment. Period of performance will be 20 June 2001 to 31 July 2001. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ADAC Laboratories, under the authority of FAR 6.302 services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within = the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
