Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 15) Contracting Office, 4101 S. 4th Str. Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048-5505 is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a Locum Tenems Primary Care Physician (or physicians) to provide primary care physician services to the VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in accordance with the Statement of Work. This clinic is located at the Illinois National Guard Building, #1 Doctor's Park Rd., Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. The contract is for a 3-month period from date of award, not to exceed 6 months. The physician must be Board certified in internal medicine for providing primary care. The coverage hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. -- 4:30 p.m. (40 hours/week). Contractor shall be responsible for providing coverage for these days and hours. All requests for a copy of the solicitation must be in writing. Faxed requests are acceptable.
