- Description
- The Government intends to establish a requirements type contract for the essential repair of F-16 repairable end items. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts/material and equipment to accomplish this effort IAW Appendix A and C. Request coverage for a 3 year basic contract. Line Item 0001 Automated Data Reporting Government Furnished Material Transaction Report (G009); Quantity 432 Each. Line Item 0002 Canopy Actuator (5 per month), NSN 1680-01-249-2355WF, P/N 315E100-5; Quantity 216 Each. Line Item 0003 Canopy Actuator (5 per month), NSN 1680-01-148-4167WF, P/N 1647T100-13; Quantity 216 Each. Delivery, Line Item 0001 IAW DD Form 1423, CREP Item Line Items 0002-0003 30 days after receipt of repairable items, or funded order, whichever is later. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
