Request for Quotation RFQ 618-142-01 for Telephone Care (Triage) System issued/published as a combined synopsis/solicitation in the Commerce Business Daily on June 1, 2001 is hereby CANCELED. The reason for cancellation is the receipt of extensive responses of technical questions. These technical questions and answers are available upon written request from the Contracting Officer. An amendment to the RFQ would be of such magnitude that a new solicitation is desirable. VA requirements were not stated succinctly enough for offeror's to submit a competitive solicitation. A new solicitation Request for Proposal 618-152-01 will be issued on June 19, 2001.
