Description

VISN 13, VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN is seeking Telecom-Software with Protocols-Interface System under Request for Proposal #RFP 618-152-01 which will be issued under the commercial items format. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of Parts 12 and 15. NAICS Code 541511 applies for this procurement and the small business size standard is $18 million. Contractors with the ability to provide and deliver telephone triage protocol's software and training is encouraged to request a copy of this solicitation. VISN 13 operates VA staffed decentralized call centers in 6 hospitals and 12 VA staffed community clinics. For proposal purposes, estimated annual calls are 75-100,000 with up to 50 concurrent users. VISN 13 currently has phone switches capable of routing calls. Documents will be available on or about June 19, 2001.
