Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with RFQ No. F64605-01-T-7032. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. (iv) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Applicable Standard Industrial Classification is 3577 with a small business size standard of 1,000. The associated NAICS code is 511210. (v) This solicitation contains four (4) contract line item numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 Applixware for Solaris Platform, License Product No. APP-MED-BRANDED, 1 Each X $_______ (Unit Price) =3D $_______ (Total Price); CLIN 0002 Applixware for NT Platform, License Product No. = APP-MED-BRANDED, 1 Each X $_______ (Unit Price) =3D $_______ (Total Price); CLIN 0003 Applixware for Solaris and NT Platform (Licenses plus Presents License and Presents Filter License), License Product No. APP-LIC-OFFICE-BUND, 68 Each X $_______ (Unit Price) =3D $_______ (Total Price); and CLIN 0004 Annual Maintenance for 68 Applixware Licenses from 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02, 1 Each X $_______ (Unit Price) =3D $_______ (Total Price). (vi) Items are required to upgrade existing Applixware licenses. (vii) Delivery will be made to HQ PACAF/INYS, 25 E Street, Suite J-205, Hickam Air Force Base, HI 96853. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (ix) A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued based upon the = proposal determined to provide the best value to the government based upon delivery and price. (x) Offerors are required to complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An award cannot be made to you unless you are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.
