Description

The Department of Agriculture intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to Bernard C. Morrissey Insurance, Inc. located in Ephrata, PA. The acquisition of 19,500 copies of "Crop Insurance 2001 and Beyond" informational booklets. This contractor is the developer of this crop insurance informational booklet. This booklet will be used by the private insurance industry, agricultural producers, Ag educators and government agencies to better understand the crop insurance program. The contractor has unique experience and expertise as well as specific knowledge. No solicitation is available for this sole source acquisition!!
