UNICOR intends to enter into a three (3) year firm fixed price requirement s type contract for Foam. The solicitation number is FN1052-01 and this solicita tion is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). An Economic Price Adjustment ev ery twelve (12) months will be included in the solicitation document. The minimu m delivery order quantity is $100.00, the maximum delivery order quantity is $2, 000.00 and the combination of items is $10,000.00. Offers may be submitted on the SF1449. All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a c ontract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposa ls: past performance, quality and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise fu rnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
