Description

Financial Management Service (FMS), U. S. Department of the Treasury intends to award an order to William Data Systems, Inc. 2034 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22314 for Exigence of IP Network Problem Solving software. The software is to be used on the IBM 9672/RA6 in Kansas City and Hyattsville, MD. Vendors who believe they can provide these products must submit a capability statement. This statement shall include technical and price data. Technical data provided should include a description of the software and it uses. Vendors not submitting this information or merely requesting a copy to the RFQ will be considered non-responsible. Evaluation of any offers received will be made on the basis of best value to the government considering technical acceptability, price factors and the delivery schedule. All input must be in writing and received within 5 business days after the publication of this notice or nlt 6/20/01 and shall be sent to the address listed above.
