Provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201 all labor, materiels, training and supervision to upgrade the current C3-CTOS format to C4 Windows format. The existing facility security system is an Integrated Commercial Intrustion Detection System (ICIDS) manufactured by DAQ Electronics of Piscataway, New Jersey. At a minimum the contractor must to cerfified by DAQ Electronics of Piscataway New Jersey, as an official Security installer and maintainer.
