- DESC: NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for JTAG Boundary Scan Test Equipment. The following items are firm requirements of this equipment. HARDWARE: Personal computer compatible, using PCI or PC/AT compatible interface controller. Boundary Scan Controller should have programmable voltage levels for compatibility with various circuit types. Single TAP JTAG interface cable, with pinout specifications. SOFTWARE (Test Setup and Execution; Maintenance): Operating System -- compatible with Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, service pack 6a; Windows ME, or Windows 2000 Professional. Hostability -- software must run on a Pentium II or later computer, of 128MB RAM, 300 MHz processing speed. CAD/CAM tool compatibility -- Verybest (Mentor) Expedition 2000.0A or later -- allows automated export of test vectors from design schematics to test execution. In system programmability for JTAG devices under test. Automated test pattern generation capable of accepting custom VHDL test vectors, with BSDL conversion. Netlist conversion utility. Automated test execution with comprehensive coverage of the boundary scan chain, including interconnects, memories, FIFOS, wires, and non-JTAG circuit clusters. Tabular display protocol through Windows GUI. Detailed trace diagnostics, showing pin-pin connections, signal names, and thorough descriptions of any faults (including probable causes). Software function libraries in C, C++, or Visual Basic for writing custom test scripts. One year maintenance and technical support on all software tools, to include software updates, telephone and internet assistance. Required delivery date is 4 weeks after date of award. This requirement is set aside for Small Business. The small business size standard for this procurement with a NAICS code of 334119, is 1,000 employees. The FSC code is 5962. Award will be based on best value determination. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the Acquisition Assistant's receipt of your registration. The government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It's the requestor's responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of RFQ's and amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Acquisition Assistant will send an e-mail message to the registered requestors informing them that the RFQ is now available for downloading off the internet. Copies of the issued RFQ's can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contract (copies of RFQ's will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE AKNOWLEDGED.). NSWC IHD shall not receive or accept any form of electronic or faxed proposals as a result of this RFQ. All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration database. Address: http://www.ccr2000.com.
