Description

This notice is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) seeks to purchase (20) NERA World-phones (P/N QUFC911925) portable transceiver and remotable antenna with voice, fax and data capability. The phones shall include 4 hours talk-time, rechargeable battery pack, 9' remote antenna cable, AC power converter, DC cigarette lighter adapter, carrying case and operators handbook. DIA also seeks to purchase (20) Mini-M/ STU III Options to accompany the world-phones. Lastly DIA seeks to purchase (10) NERA Voyager tracking antenna (P/N QUFF911905-1) which includes cable, power supply, mag. Foot-assy., mounting kit and users manual. Interested vendors have 7 days from the posted date of this notice to submit their quotes must be able to deliver the equipment within 30 days of award. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price order to the offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, which includes warranty and price evaluation. All quotes shall include prices per items, FOB point, GSA schedule number if applicable, business size, and point of contact's name and telephone number. The provisions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
