PRON: AX1T1016AX; NOUN: Gearshaft, Spur; NSN: 3040-01-364-1610, P/N: 3860414-1 Qty: 30. PRON: AX1T1038AX; NOUN: Wiring Harness, Bran, NSN: 6150-01-327-4183, P/N: 304772-1; Qty: 50. PRON: AX1T6052AX, NOUN: Seal, Turbine Nozzle, NSN: 2840-01-109-2486, P/N: 2-121-143-04, Qty: 256, applicable to the UH-60 and CH-47 Turbine Engines, also includes two option years, 100% each year for each PRON. This requirement is restricted to Honeywell Intl Inc., 111 S. 34th St., Phoenix, AZ 85034 Cage Code 99193 because the data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation; or these parts require engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. "This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government." The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
