Description

This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity corporate contract for the procurement of sole source, part-numbered items manufactured by BAE Systems (CAGE 94117) for a two-year base period and includes four two-year options. DSCR currently does not have a data package for any of the NSNs included in this solicitation. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. FOB Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2001. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes: 22, 23,26.
