Description

This is an advance contracting solicitation, funds are not = currently available. No contract will be award from this solicitation = until funds become available. This solicitation is for the replacement = of 18 inset type flush taxiway lights on taxiway Alpha on Ellsworth = AFB, SD. The work will be performed in a hazardous noise area. The = flight operations shall be maintained at all times. A single award = will be made based on Price and Performance Tradeoff, where performance = is considered more important than cost.
