Description

The Government is seeking potential sources to construct an approximate 3,700 square foot Physical Fitness Training Center at Fort Cambell, Kentucky. This announcement is restricted to 8(a) firms in Region 4 which covers the states of Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi and Alabama. Interested Region 4 firms shall submit the following: (1) A letter from a Bonding Company stating your ability to be bonded up to $10 million and (2) Prior experience on similar projects. Work includes excavation, typical masonary building construction, utilities (electric, water, sewer, telephone, fiber optics, etc) roads, parking and landscaping. Facility includes gynmasium with basketball, voleyball and bleachers, weight rooms, exercise rooms, administrative offices, storage, men and womens showers, saunas, and toilet rooms, mechanical and electrical space, etc.
