Description

This acquisition is unrestricted, open to both small and large business concerns. The project consists of the construction of an approximately 750,000 gallon welded steel water storage reservoir, foundation, overflow line, drain line, splash pad, 2/EA gate valves, approximately 128/LM of chain link fencing and all necessary appurtenances, located on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, Bingham County, Idaho. The anticipated contract will ba firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. The estimated range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Liquidated damages shall apply. Performance and payment bonds are required. THE BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting respective Tribal ordinances.
