Description

T-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Ocean Services (NOS), Center for Coastal Monitoring and Assessment, (CCMA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mr. Curtis Kruer, Sheridan, MT to provide services to complete the "Benthic Habitats of Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands" mapping project. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 00025.
