Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently accepting requests for a firm-fixed price non-personal service contract for a Otolarngologist at the PHS Indian Hospital, Belcourt Service Unit, Belcourt, North Dakota. The period of performance will be for twelve (120 months, one 91) full day of in-house surgery immediately followed by one (1) full day of in-house clinic seven (7) hours per month during term of the contract. The last date to request RFQ-01-043 package will be June 22, 2001 . Request for RFQ-01-043 shall be made in writing or telefax at (605) 226-7669 and will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this announcement.
