Description

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires = study of the operations, driver practices and driver fatigue issues = specific to over-the-road buses. This study will assess the = differences and identify the unique passenger transportation = operational characteristics as compared to over-the-road truck drivers. = Award will be made to the responsible offeror who offer conforming to = the Statement of Work and evaluation criteria is most advantageous to = the Government. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and = the NACIS code is 541618 and the small business size standard is $5 = million annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years. The = solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any, will = only be released and available electronically through the Electronic = Posting System (EPS) under FebBizOpps at www.eps.gov. Choose the "EPS = for Vendors" option followed by selection of the DOT/FHWA section. The = solicitation and related documents will be posted under RFQ number = DTFH61-01-Q-00114.
