Description

The Air Force, Edwards Air Force Base, CA intends to award a sole source purchase order to R&F Products, 1825 Diamond St., San Marcos, CA 92069, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (award will be less than $100,000). This requirement is for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): 0001, Radar Absorbent Cart Cover, 72?X 40?X 30?, 20 each; CLIN 0002, Step Top Radar Absorbent Cart Cover, 72?X40?X66?, 4 each; FOB Destination. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide these items. Such information should include cost proposal information for providing these items. Responses may be mailed to AFFTC/PKD3, 5 South Wolfe Ave, Edwards AFB, CA 93524-1185, Attention: Cynthia Keim. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to competition based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. If no affirmative written responses are received by close of business, Jun 14, 2001, a sole source purchase order will be pursued with R&F Products.
