Description

The US Army, Installation Business Office-Contracting has a requirement for providing assorted sizes and lengths of telephone cable and building entrance terminals for delivery to Fort Bragg, NC. All telephone cable will be used for outdoor direct burial applications and installation into 4 and 6 inch PVC ductbank. Further specifications will be in the solicitation upon issuance. The period of performance will be 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002. Solicitation number is DAKF40-01-R-0032. The projected date of issuance of the solicitation is 16 Jul 01, with proposals due 31 Jul 01. The issue date and date for receipt of offers are estimated. Actual date and time for receipt of proposals will be specified in the solicitation. For determining business size on this project, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335929/1,000 employees. It is the Government's intent to issue the solicitation and amendments (if any) electronically via the Internet.
