Description
See Numbered Note 1. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, scaffolding, equipment and incidntal services necessary to execute the surface preparation and painting of the skeleton tubular steel frames of Benjamin Franklin's house. The National Park Service will provide the contractor with specifications for texture and color of paint. The site is located at Independence National Historical Park between 316 and 318 Market St., Philadelphia, PA. Estimated cost is between $25,000-100,000.
