Description

Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, = furnishing all labor, material & equipment necessary to renovate 5,000 = sq.ft. for a new law library at the Fed. Bldg./U.S. Cthse., 46 E. Ohio, = Indianapolis, IN. The work will be accomplished on the fourth floor of = the courthouse & will include minor selective demolition of the = existing public corridor wall, floor finishes & HVAC units. Erection = of new gypsum board partitions & HM openings. Furnishing & = installation of new oak & steel doors, wowod cabinetry, wall finishes & = suspended acoustical ceilings. Furnishing & installing new VAV boxes, = ductwork & diffusers. Furnishing & installing new electrical & = communications panels, outlets, conduit & wiring & installation of = Government furnished lighting, window blinds & flooring. The = completion time for the project is 180 calendar days after notice to = proceed. The Standard Industrial Code(SIC) is 1542. The procurement = is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive = Demonstration Program. The estimated price range for the procurement = is between $200,000.00 & $300,000.00.
