Y -- This solicitation is unrestricted. Estimated cost of construction is $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code assigned is 23332 with a Size Standard of $27,500,000.00. Construction completion is 420 calendar days. Project consists of a 141,000 SF expansion of Building 2800. It will have utility services sized to support administrative, office and computer activities. The excavation and foundations for this project are under construction at the present time. The project will be a three-story steel framed structure with structural concrete walls, exterior masonry walls, EPDM roof, passenger elevators, raised access system floor, suspended ceiling system, fire suppression system, exterior fill and perimeter drainage system, roads, sidewalks, grading and landscaping. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ALL REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS. THE MEDIA THROUGH WHICH THE GOVERNMENT CHOOSES TO ISSUE THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ON THE WEBSITE; THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN PAPER. CONTRACTORS MAY VIEW AND/OR DOWNLOAD SOLICITATION INFORMATION FROM THE INTERNET AT HTTP://EBS.NAB.USACE.ARMY.MIL. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST GO TO THIS WEB SITE TO REGISTER AS A PLAN HOLDER. IN ORDER TO REGISTER EACH CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE A VALID DUN & BRADSTREET NUMBER AND CAGE CODE NUMBER ASSIGNED FOR THE SPECIFIC LOCATION BEING REGISTERED AND ALSO BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR DATABASE. EACH CONTRACTOR NEED ONLY REGISTER ONCE FOR EACH SOLICITATION. ONLY REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS WILL BE PROVIDED THE SOLICITATION. This procurement will be advertised as a Request for Proposal and will be evaluated for Best Value for award of the project. The technical evaluation criteria will be established in the RFP. This project will contain an Award Fee. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
