Description

Proposals are requested to develop and deliver two training courses on the subject of the Commuter Benefit Program (Commuter Choice). The first course, which will be designed for up to two (2) hours of instruction, is intended for the decisionmakers at transit agencies and other organizations. The second course, which will be designed for about fifteen (15) hours of instruction over a two (2) day period is intended for staff working at transit authorities and other organizations. The subcontract is three (3) years with a two- (2) year option to be exercised solely at the discretion of Rutgers University. The contract will require the delivery of the first course up to fifteen (15) times based on customer demand during the three (3) year base period of the contract and up to ten (10) times during the two (2) year option, if exercised. The contract will require the delivery of the second course up to eighteen (18) times based on customer demand during the three (3) year base period of the subcontract and up to twelve (12) times during the two (2) year option, if exercised. Fax or e-mail requests will be accepted and telephone requests are unacceptable. RFPs will not be faxed. Requests will be honored if received by Tuesday, July 10, 2001. The RFPs will be mailed shortly thereafter.
