Description

The VA is contracting with community clinics to provide primary care for veterans in their local communities. Referrals for specialty care, extensive diagnostic work-ups and non-emergency hospitalization shall be made to and coordinated with the John D. Dingell (Detroit) VA Medical Center (VAMC). This clinic shall be located in a vicinity serving the veteran population residing in Lower South-East Michigan, specifically the downriver areas within a close proximity to the city of Allen Park, Michigan. The term of the contract will be one year (from date of award) with 4 one-year renewable options. The NAICS Code is 532291. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on June 11, 2001.
