Description

RFQ 544-079-01, Solicitation due date is July 5, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. local time, is hereby issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The small business standard is $ 5 million and the NAICS Code is 561790. This solicitation will be awarded as firm-fixed price contract. A site visit is scheduled for June 20, 2001, 9:00 a.m. at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209, Bldg 22, Room 3B105 Provide all tools, labor, materials, permits, license and supervision in connection with the cleaning and decontamination of all air duct work in Building 100, in strict accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract to clean the interior of the supply and return duct systems. Work includes but is not limited to duct cleaning services, and seal access points. Estimated solicitation issue date is June 12, 2001. Request for a hardcopy solicitation and drawings must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and must be accompanied by a $10.00 (solicitation only), drawings ($50.00) non-refundable cashiers check, certified check or money order made out to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone or faxed request will be honored.
