Description

Contractor shall perform the maintenance service for all instrumentation and control systems in use at the Central Heating Plant (CHP), Building 300, Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43216 as specified herein. The contractor shall furnish all labor, instruments, tools, replacement parts, materials and supplies required in performing all operations in connection with the calibration, repair and maintenance services of the CHP instrumentation and controls. The contractor perform annual, initial and monthly operational inspection, repair, calibration, and maintenance services on the instrumentation and control systems supporting the following CHP systems; one natural gas fired, 64 million BTU, High Temperature Water (HTW) generator; one natural gas fired 40 million BTU, HTW generator; HTW circulating systems; and combustion air systems. This is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 811219. Size standard -- $5.0 Million.
