Description

B-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Graduate College of Marine Studies, University of Delaware, Newark, DE, to provide a Study and Development of Syntheic Aperture Radar (SAR) applications in support of NOAA fisheries management enforcement, and research primarily in the North Pacific Ocean. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicition, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 00594.
