Description

The Grantee invites submission of qualifications and proposal data (collectively referred to as the "Proposal") from interested U.S. firms that are qualified on the basis of experience and capability to develop a feasibility study for individual and cooperative modernization of the CNS/ATM infrastructures of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. This is to update the previous CBD Announcement advertised on June 7, 2001. The correct deadline date for proposals is July 16, 2001, 4:00 p.m. local time.
