Description

B-The U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Commisson On Engineering and Physical Sciences, NAS, Washington, D.C. To provide a study entitled: "Study on Solar & Space Physics". This study will generate a consensus recommendations from the solar and space physics community on how this science can lead to new forecast tools and products that have the potential of making; the space weather program more operational and provide insight into how the agency can accomplish the transition from research to operations. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference 00043
