- Description
- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award a Fixed Price contract for the procurement of an In-Circuit Testing System and associate hardware components to the OEM, DiagnoSYS Systems, Inc., 102 Park Place Blvd., Kissimmee, FL 34741. This proposed acquisition will include the following: 1 each Eight Slot 144 Pin In-Circuit Functional Testing System, P/N: P2-08144-US01; 5 each 48 Ch Mux (piggyback CCA), P/N: P2PMX-48; 1 each V/I Signature Analysis Card, P/N: P2V3; 1 each NL View CAD-Schematic Switch, P/N: P2-SGS; 1 each Analog Card, P/N: P2A; 1 each IC Test & Device Module, P/N: P2-500; 2 each 48 Ch IC Digital Driver/Sensor CCA. Required Delivery: All items: 6 weeks after issuance of the contract. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by July 2001. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirements, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. See Note 22. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Joseph B. Magnone, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality if desired.
