PRON: AX149201AX, NSN: 5930-01-307-9188, PART NUMBER: 145DS027-5, QUANTITY: 192 each minimum to a 948 each maximum five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, Texarkana, TX, and Stockton, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 48 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 29 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 48 each, 180 Days DACA and 29 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Eaton Aerospace LLC, Cage Code: 02750, Boeing Helicopters, Cage Code: 77272, and Spectrum Associates Inc., Cage Code: 55723 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
