The Government intends to issue on a sole source basis to Pitney Bowes for one (1) additional #9 Automated Electronic Maultifunctional inline Inserting/Mailing Machine on a Lease-To-Own-Purchase (LTOP). USDA currently have a contract in place with Pitney Bowes for two (2) of the Inserter/Mailing Machines. No Solicitation exist. No telephone requests will be accepted. See Note 22.
