- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has a requirement for providing advanced assay laboratory support and collaboration with scientists conducting CDC-funded clinical trials and other research to evaluate the safety and biolo gical effects of candidate topical microbicides when applied to mucosal surfaces relevant to sexual transmission of HIV. Th e solicitation document is being issued unrestricted and will be available on or about June 15, 2001. Organizations interes ted in receiving a copy of the solicitation may submit a written request to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Contracts Management Branch, P.O. Box 18070, Cochrans Mill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236-0070. No telephone requests will be accepted. A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available via the internet at www.eps.gov; however, if a hard co py is desired, a written request may be mailed to the above address or submitted via facsimile to (412) 386-6429.
