Description
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Furnish all tools, parts, labor, supplies, equipment and materials (except as noted below) for preparing and painting automobiles and associated parts. ' -Schedule appointments for preparation and painting within the time availability provided by the agency .Provide schedule of appointments to the agency. -Prepare a written quote for work to be perfomed. Provide a copy of price quotes to the agency. -Collect all fees for services rendered. Provide customers and the agency copies of receipts for cash collected. Receipts must be sequentially numbered. -Ensure that all work areas provided by the agency are thoroughly cleaned upon completion of work. ~ Comply with all applicable Local, Air Force, State and Federal safety and environmental requirements. -Provide prior to use, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all materials to be used. ~ Provide payments to the agency no later than five (5) workdays following the end of the performance cycle (monthly). -Obtain personal insurance (medical, liability, etc.). -Resolve disagreements with customers regarding quality of work, schedules, cost, etc. prior to the end of the performance cycle -Contract should be based on an 80%-20% split 80% going to the contractor, and 20% going to the Auto Skills Center. AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES -Provide space and time in the prep stall and paint booth (including spray guns and associated equipment) in accordance with the schedule. -Provide the contractor will copies of all applicable local, Air Force State and Federal safety and environmental requirements. -Ensure scheduled appointments are coordinated with the contractor, and that facilities are available. -Provide the contractor an invoice identifying the total income for the period and amount owed the agency. -Refer inquiries for work to the contractor. -Provide respirators, hoods and suits for spray booth operators. -Ensure the facilities used are thoroughly cleaned upon completion of work. -The agency reserves the right to terminate this contract for any reason with thirty (30) days written notice.
