Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies and materials to support a one stop shop Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store located on Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. The contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver and store a variety of material, equipment, parts, tools and supplies for construction, home repair and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized Government and family housing personnel. The solicitation will result in a requirements award fee/term type contract with a basic year and six option years. Five of the six option years will be earned by the contractor as set forth in the award term criteria. The North American Industry Classification Code is 444190. Solicitation documents will be made available on or about 20 June 2001. Telephone requests for solicitation packages and amendments will not be accepted. No solicitaiton packages or amendments will be mailed. Access to these documents will be made available through the internet at www.eps.gov. While on the internet, contractors should complete the Central Contractor Registration as this is required before award. Proposals will be evaluated as set forth in the solicitation.
