Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment for complete removal of approximately 23,250 square feet of existing built-up roofing which is supported by lightweight zonolite over structural concrete. Replace complete roof with base sheet, felt, insulation, and install 1 ply reinforced EPDM, and remove and replace 30 skylights and protection screens. The estimated cost of this work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement, to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceeding years not exceeding $11.5 million.
