- The Navstar Global Positioning System (GPS) Joint Program Office = (JPO), Ground Receivers project office, here within provides the = following information: (1) There is an upcoming GPS Joint Program = Office (JPO) Ground Receiver/DAGR Industry Day meeting planned. The = JPO will be discussing the current status of the DAGR acquisition and = has planned briefings on logistics, test, and software management to = name a few areas. The meeting will take place at Fort MacArthur, San = Pedro, CA on Monday, 25 June 2001, 8:00 a.m. at the Community Center. = If you are planning to attend the Industry Day on 25 June, please send = a list of the personnel to Misty Honeywell via e-mail, = Misty.Honeywell@LOSANGELES.AF.MIL=20 (2) Please fax any technical questions to Major Kirkpatrick, SMC/CZUG, = or any contractual questions to Ms. Rosetta Skelton, SMC/CZK, at (310) = 363-3844. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the = authority of the System Program Director or the Contracting Officer, = but to assist in communicating offeror concerns, issues, disagreements = and recommendation to the appropriate Government personnel. When = requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the = source of the concern.
