Original submission: No. 50J219 (April 13, 2001) Amend Certified Home Health Aid RFP 553-39-01 1. Minimum requirements. Page 27 of solicitation. Pencil and Ink change; "Must be State Certified Home Health Aid" to "Contractor shall provide documentation to support that Home Health Aids working with VA Patients meet all Federal Regulations (HCFA)." 2. All references to "Certified Home Health Aid" refers to those Home Health Aids that meet Federal (rather than State) Certification as clarified in paragraph one above. 3. Due date for solicitations has been extended to Friday, July 6, 2001, at 4:30 pm local time. 4. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.
