Negotiations are planned solely with CB Associates. The sole proprietor, Mr. Charles Bonnett has unique skills and qualifications. Mr. Bonnett has conducted User Jury Assessments of the Land Warrior SCI Software and has developed a methodology for performing this work which will be used during the continuation of the Assessments. His extensive knowledge of the system will be used in work on the SSW user interface software. This will ensure that commonality and training transfer of the Infantry Software systems will be maximized. He is a recognized authority in Infantry systems. He is one of only a few individuals in the Ft. Benning area who is capable of modifying range control software and of using the IUSS and IMPRINT models.
